Solution
Please the LAN cable is connected to device and LAN led in front of audiocodes is green. Check the configuration Check the correct DNS server is entered.

You can increase or decrease the volume from voice volume setting and Input gain

Replace all
"USER_ID" with account number, "PIN" with password and "DID_NO" with DID number or incoming number then upload the configuration file on audiocodes.
