• Click Next to begin the setup
• Select Create a brand new mail account and click Next
• Type your name for Full Name, as you want it to appear on your emails and click Next
• Enter your full email address for Return Address and click Next
• Enter the first part of your email address as it appears before the @ symbol as your logon. E.g. if your address is yourmail@________, you type 'yourmail', then click Next
• Set the server type to POP, then enter '____________' for the Incoming E-mail Server, ad click Next

Alternatively you can setup your account in the main program.

Select the tools menu and choose Options...

In the Getting Started category enter the following:
POP account: this should take the form of <yourmail>__________ , where <yourmail> is the first part of your email address. Please note, this is not the same thing as your email address.
Real name: Enter your full name as you want it to appear on the emails you send
Connection Method: Set this to Winsock (Network,PPP,SLIP)

Select the Hosts category and enter the SMTP server name: ___________

Select the Sending Mail category, and enter your full email address for Return Address:
Click OK to complete the configuration
