Training
All members of Net4India benefit from both
formal and informal training. 'Saturday Knowledge Window'
enables learning and sharing of knowledge and best practices.

skills. Mentoring programs and manager training programs
equip 'new managers' with the tools necessary to drive large
teams. The trainings are conducted through a mix of formal
classroom sessions, brainstorming, orientations, game sessions
and workshops. Training is also imparted on stress management
and teamwork.
